1st Drive and Second Half Points
The rules that we’ve actually been talking about, the special rules set by Bwin for American football, are actually about certain things. Things like for an instance, overtime, playing time, highest scoring quarter, date, half time or full time, and highest team points. And now also even about the 1st drive and second half points which we would actually be discussing now.
Well, with 1st drive, the thing is, the drive must be considered to have started after the start of first down while to have ended after the attacking team either managed to make a score or scores or lost the possession of the ball without having it back within the same play. This is then applicable to bets on the succeeding drives. The bets can be “punt” bets, “score bets” or “any other outcome” bets. The bets can be considered as “punt” bets if for the ball to be punted beyond the scrimmage line and the opposing team to keep the possession of the ball in a first down or scores. And they can be considered as “score” bets if for the attacking team to actually score. “Any other outcome” if for anything else.
While with the second half points, the thing is, overtime should not count for the result unless otherwise stated. And in connection to this, in case the game is abandoned or left before 60 minutes of play, all of the bets must be considered as void. But they actually stand if more points have been scored in the second half.
There is also nothing complicated about 1st drive and second half points. And so, without a doubt we say that Bwin’s special rules are simple rules, they are easy to understand. Americans and may be even other nationalities won’t find it hard to understand what these rules are trying to say. No reason indeed why they can’t simply enjoy American football and events such as the NFL Super Bowl and American Football Pre-Season, Regular Season and the Play-Offs through Bwin!
