We’ve said that there would be rules like general rules and special rules that bettors would have to deal with after deciding to bet on biathlon and events like the IBU World Cup (women, men) the World Championships, Olympic Games and Summer Cups. However, nothing to really worry about these rules, they won’t be complicated for them. It is just that they would have to acknowledge that rules like special rules would take precedence over rules like general rules.
Race rules and tournament rules are just two of what the special rules are about. And just nothing complicated about these.
With the race rules, for World Cup, the tournaments must observe the rule on bets being settled on the official classification at the time of the podium presentation. All bets must be considered valid in case a race is interrupted or postponed however is held within 80 hours after the original start date. But all bets must be considered void in case a race does not happen within 80 hours after the original start date.
With the tournament rules, all bets must also be settled on the official classification at the time of the podium presentation. And bets must still be valid when a betting event within a sporting tournament like World Championships is postponed within the official event time allocated. Bets must be considered as void in case betting event failed to start within the time allocated.
Bettors don’t need to think twice anymore about betting on biathlon and events like the IBU World Cup (women, men) the World Championships, Olympic Games and Summer Cups. It could just be so simple nowadays to bet on the sport and the said events. They would have to deal with certain rules but then, nothing complicated with this. Betting on biathlon and events like the IBU World Cup (women, men) the World Championships, Olympic Games and Summer Cups could be just so simple.

Handball has been a part of the Olympic Games for decades now and therefore can be just regarded as an Olympic sport. But many of us don’t know that it is not actually included in the original list of sports for the international summer and winter event. It was only in 1936, that it was included on the list of sports for the Olympic Games. But back then, it was only a Field Handball and only for the Summer Olympics. It was only contested by six teams.
The teams then at the 1936 Summer Olympics were divided into two groups of three and each of the team should play against the other teams in its own group once. There was elimination and the top two placed teams in each group that were left after moved to the final round and the third placed teams played against each other to win the fifth and sixth places.
But after the 1936 Summer Olympics, the sport was removed from the list of sports for the international competition. After the 1936 Summer Olympics, it was not anymore deemed as part of the Olympic Games.
However, frustration of many handball enthusiasts finally ended in 1972 when the sport was again considered as part of the Olympic Games. To be exact, the sport was included on the list of sports for the 1972 Summer Olympics.
And the sport continued to be a part of the Olympic Games. In fact, in the next Summer Olympics which will be in 2012, it is still a part. And most likely, it will continue to be a sport that is a part of an international summer and winter event.
Thus, if you want to have true handball experience, see it being played live at the 2012 Summer Olympics and at the same time feel the betting action at some sportsbooks, like in particular, at Bwin.
