The European Handball Championships
European Handball Championships is one of the biggest handball competitions. It is an official competition that is for senior national handball teams of Europe. However, it only takes place every after two years period.
The winners in European Handball Championships are crowned as the European champions and given the chance to play in the World Championships. They are not only given the recognition as best players but also given the opportunity to try their luck and abilities on a bigger competition.
But men and women can’t play all together, they should separately play and so European Men’s Handball Championships and European Women’s Handball Championships now exist. European Men’s Handball Championships is the competition for men. While the European Women’s Handball Championships is the competition for women.
However, both European Men’s Handball Championships and European Women’s Handball Championships still offer qualification to a bigger competition like the World Championships.
Men from Sweden have dominated four of the European Men’s Handball Championships. While women from Norway have made it in four of the European Women’s Handball Championships.
The European Men’s Handball Championships and European Women’s Handball Championships are competitions that are had to win over. That’s why perhaps only a few have succeeded in these competitions. But of course, for this, they become challenging competitions. It will be exciting to play at these competitions and then win.
Those who were not yet able to win or even just play in European Handball Championships should try to. It is going to be a different kind of experience. It is going to be a thrilling experience, to actually be at a big competition and work hard to win, to succeed. The odds are going to be extraordinary but then winning against them can be just so fulfilling. It is going to be a distinct feeling.
